Civil Rights

The lawyers of Triquetra Law provide representation and consultation when you believe your constitutional rights have been violated by a federal, state, county, or municipal government actor (state actors). State actors include, but are not limited to: Counties, Boroughs, Townships, School Districts, County Agencies, and Police and Sheriff Departments.

Civil rights is a broad area of law and is intended to prevent abusive state power. We depend on police and government workers to help us in times of need. Every person deserves fair and reasonable treatment by state actors. Constitutional violations can occur, however, when state actors abuse power illegally or discriminate. These unlawful actions create a lack of trust in our officials and real harm to our democratic society.

At Triquetra Law, we focus our practice on representing victims of civil rights violations.
