Our mission:

The lawyers of Triquetra Law embrace our responsibility as legal engineers of social change by providing zealous, high quality legal services.
What we do:
We dedicate our practice to appeals, civil rights litigation, and employment law and policy.
Who we serve:
  • Employees with worthy legal claims against employers;
  • Employers seeking to provide legal, safe, and fair work environments;
  • Individuals deprived of their civil rights;
  • Parties considering an appeal to a higher court; and
  • Parties with an appeal in state or federal court (including defending an appeal).
Gender Discrimination:
The Fourteenth Amendment states that no State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
However, Supreme Court Justice Scalia gave a speech last week where he indicated the Fourteenth Amendment should not be read to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex.
Does this mean we need an Equal Rights Amendment? Read more on SCOTUSblog. Thursday round-up.

At Triquetra Law we concentrate on appeals, civil rights and employment law and policy.
